SalesCentric Custom Views™ for Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM simplifies data navigation and brings the power of complex queries to every user.
Custom Views allows CRM users to create list forms with filters for almost every entity in CRM in a WYSIWYG query builder and integrate them into the MSCRM navigation system. The user finds the desired information in a few mouse clicks.
Could working with long lists of records be easier?
When you work with list forms do you notice that there are some limitations in filtering capabilities? For example, if an account has a long list of associated contacts, it takes a lot of time to navigate to the right records.
Would it be useful to have filters above the list where a user could type part of the name, the city where the contacts live or select a territory or even a value from a custom field?
One screen to list and search across all relationships in CRM
Since CRM is about Customer Relationships it would be logical to have a ready to use screen which would list all relationships between all contacts in CRM along with their companies, their addresses and so on. Leveraging filters would provide an easy way to find all people who play golf together, or to find anybody who has any relationship with employees of the ABC company.
