Salescentric Launches Relationship Charts™ 4.5 For Microsoft® Dynamics™ CRM

New release delivers enhanced graphical functionality aimed at driving increased user adoption of Dynamics CRM

London, United Kingdom – 18th June 2009 – In continuation of their commitment to delivering innovative added value solutions to users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SalesCentric today released Version 4.5 of Relationship Charts. The release, developed using Microsoft Silverlight technology, brings CRM data to life through a rich and interactive user experience that increases productivity and content accuracy and leads to higher levels of CRM adoption.

Addressing the Issue of CRM Adoption

While no-one questions the contribution that CRM can make to an organization’s success through a deeper understanding of customer relationships and improved sales forecasting, many CRM projects still struggle to achieve their original goals. User adoption, one of the main contributors to CRM success, is often hindered by the reluctance of those closest to the sales pipeline to embrace CRM technology.

SalesCentric Relationship Charts Version 4.5. has several new features designed specifically to help increase sales productivity and improve forecasting accuracy. The new features included in Version 4.5 make Relationship Charts even more attractive to sales people and deliver value to everyone who depends on accurate CRM information including the CEO, the CIO and organizational marketing teams.

Using Microsoft Silverlight technology, Relationship Charts is a next-generation Microsoft.NET-based application utilizing the latest graphics (such as line drawing), animation (including Actor Cards and zoom capabilities) and 3-D features.

In addition to the exciting look, feel and usability, the key features of the new release are geared around supporting a graphical view of CRM relationships - One to Many, Many to Many and Custom:

  • Graphically display and re-organize Accounts and their Sub Accounts to enable quick and easy understanding of complex account structures and interactions and automatic updating of CRM without additional data entry
  • Use Chart Filters to create tailored organizational or role-specific charts to suit specific user and organizational requirements
  • Simply reorganise Accounts and Sub-Accounts and save to directly to CRM through a single point of data entry
  • Define business rules that allow users to automatically create Charts in a single move
  • Build Charts within any standard CRM or custom entity and display immediately in Chart format
  • Easy drag and drop to store relationships between users and contacts even when defined within custom entities

“According to a 2009 CIO Magazine report1, up to 70% of CRM projects fail” said Matthew Crooks, CEO of SalesCentric. “The main reason is that field staff such as sales people and pre-sales don’t adopt the solution because they can’t answer the question, “what’s in it for me?” Our strategy is to help sales people incorporate CRM into their everyday work by facilitating easy account mapping, opportunity qualification and cross-selling with minimal data entry requirements and automatic updates into the Dynamics CRM database.
